If we cancel or are unable to fulfill your order after payment has been made, we will arrange a refund according to our applicable Refund Policy.

Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Any return or refund will then be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

For Cash on Delivery orders, you agree to provide a valid phone number and delivery address and to accept the order when delivered.

As a dropshipping business, some products may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers or fulfillment locations.

Once an order has been handed over to the applicable shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive their orders.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept delivery or other customer-related issue, additional shipping charges or other arrangements may apply.
