You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

• Unworn or unused

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns requested after 7 days from the date of delivery may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Different from the item you ordered

please contact us immediately with your order details and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, return, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Items without their original packaging

• Items missing tags or accessories, where applicable

• Items returned after the 7-day return period

• Sale or clearance items, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another product or variation, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability and the condition of the returned item.

Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund method and processing time will be communicated to you by our customer support team.

Return Shipping
